Tell President Biden - It is time to provide essential safety protections for all working people!

Today's Action!

On Tuesday, June 15th, join National Council for Occupational Safety and Health (COSH), OXFAM, Massachusetts Council for Occupational Safety and Health (MassCOSH), Food Chain Workers Alliance (FCWA), HEAL (Health, Environment, Agriculture, Labor) Food Alliance, National Nurses United, New Jersey Work Environmental Council, Last Mile, Public Citizen and Union of Concerned Scientists for a Day of Action to call on President Biden to provide ALL working people with essential safety protections.

For the past year, workers and advocates have been fighting for strong, enforceable COVID-19 safety protections for all workers (“Emergency Temporary Standard”). Last week, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued a long-awaited COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) - but only for health care settings, leaving out tens of millions of U.S. workers.

Because of worker organizing, finally health care workers who saved our lives are getting the protections they deserve. But that's not enough. ALL workers deserve protections. Join us as we demand that the Biden administration provide essential strong safety protections for all workers and give OSHA the resources needed to hold employers accountable.

The new @OSHA_DOL COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard will save lives -- but why does it only cover health care workers? @JoeBiden @POTUS, stand with labor and do your part to ensure an ETS that #ProtectAllWorkers is released now! #IStandWithEssentialWorkers
Over 15,000 working age adults have died of COVID since March 15, waiting for Biden to issue safety protections. Last week he did - but only for health care workers. Contact www.whitehouse.gov/contact/, and tell Biden: #ProtectAllWorkers
#HealthCare workers saved our lives during COVID - and so did many other workers. They ALL deserve COVID19 safety protections. Contact @President Joe Biden at https://www.whitehouse.gov/contact, and tell him: #ProtectAllWorkers #IStandWithEssentialWorkers
