Brittany currently serves as the Community Impact Director with the American Heart Association for Central New York. In her role, she works with clinical providers, community-based organizations in creating systematic change in hypertension, nutrition security, maternal health, tobacco and vaping, and CPR. Brittany also serves as a Senior Community Connector with SOFSA. She is a lifelong resident of Syracuse looking to continue to positively impact her community by eliminating health disparities and providing access and education on physical and mental health. She attended Nazareth College where she obtained a bachelor’s in social science and completed her master’s in business leadership at Keuka College. She has over 10 years working in the healthcare industry and understanding how policy directly impacts our opportunities, access, and delivery for health-related services.
